  12. Have you ever had to work closely with a person you didn’t get along with? Also how did you handle this?
  13. What did you find difficult or challenging about your current or last role?
  14. Describe a problem that was interesting to you and how you solved it.
  15. Why are you leaving your present job or why did you leave your last job?
  16. What can you do for us that someone else can’t?
  17. Why did you apply for this position?
  18. What made you apply for the role?
  19. Describe a time when you handled a challenging situation.
  20. What is your current salary?
  21. Describe a difficult customer you dealt with. And why was the customer difficult? How did you engage the customer? Also, what lessons have you learned about keeping the customer satisfied?
